Baking Update: Real time, day 6

My sixth cake is baking in the oven as I type. So far, things have been going well. I have managed to stick to my goal of baking one cake every day, and I’m finding that I really enjoy it. Baking is becoming a very relaxing little hobby for me.

Each recipe is very different, and my experiences and results vary. I’ve not run into any major disasters yet, but there have been snags here and there.
