		<description>I&#039;ve tried a different chocolate cake recipe that used coffee.  You can&#039;t taste it at all (I&#039;m not a coffee drinker either).  Another thing you can try is replace it with hot water and more chocolate, since you mentioned that it wasn&#039;t chocolate-y enough!</description>

		<description>For the coffee, you could use black or fruit (like Celestial Seasonings type) tea. Both of those would go very nicely with blackcurrant jam.

You could also try the coffee. I am not a coffe drinker myself, but I  find that coffee in chocolate cakes tends to blend in a bit, just leaving a slightly deeper , but more bitter, aftertaste. I would use decaf if you&#039;re not used to caffeine and just buy a cup when you&#039;re out at a restaurant, if you don&#039;t want to invest in the making equipment.
