I’m due to bake my 16th cake today; it’s not a complex recipe, for which I am glad!
This project has been a lot of fun so far. I’ve made some really good cakes, some really strange cakes, and there have been a few disappointments. I appreciate people’s comments and recipe suggestions; I’m going through my own ideas really quickly, so if you have a recipe you would like to see around here, there’s still time!
I will probably carry on baking cakes even after the 30 days are up, but obviously not on a daily basis, so if I don’t get to your recipe by the end of the month, I will keep it in reserves for another time.
